Following an extremely successful career in the pharmaceutical industry, Ian set up and ran RDL - the second largest outsourcing company in the pharmaceutical industry, before setting up VMC with Claire & Sue.





Sue BirchSue Birch
General Manager and Founder of VMC
Previously worked for Roche Products. Built excellent reputation in service industry with Halliday Jones/Ventiv in various roles - Recruitment/Training/Business Development/Account Management for large teams and vacancy management, before setting up VMC with Ian & Claire.



Claire FrostClaire Frost
Resourcing Manager and Founder of VMC
With thirteen years of recruitment expertise within the pharmaceutical sector with Halliday Jones/Ventiv, Claire decided to set up VMC with Sue & Ian. Claire has extensive team build experience across diverse roles, either for permanent or contract positions. Claire was responsible for building many of the nurse teams at Ventiv.



Liz EasonLiz Eason
Office Manager
Liz has been with VMC for seven years as our Office Manager. She has many years of experience previously working for a large organisation in personnel, administration and payroll.



Jayne DakinJayne Dakin
Project Coordinator
Jayne has been with VMC for over five years - responsible for the day-to-day running of the office, coordinating all of the administration across a diverse range of projects and assisting in the start up in the U.K. of some of our overseas customers.



Catherine KinlochCatherine Kinloch
Project Coordinator
Cat has recently joined the VMC team as a Project Coordinator. She will be responsible for the administration and coordination of some of our long standing projects as well as some new team builds. Cat was previously involved in the provision of homecare services.



Pauline RouartPauline Rouart
Account Manager
Pauline has been involved in recruitment within the pharmaceutical industry for four years prior to joining VMC. Pauline has responsibility for recruitment and account management for a diverse range of projects.



Ginny HodgsonGinny Hodgson
Account Manager
Ginny joined the pharmaceutical industry in 1980 and worked for Pfizer for a number of years. Ginny has worked for VMC for six and a half years and is responsible for the selection and interviewing of candidates for all positions and account management for specific projects.



Karen HuntKaren Hunt
Head Office based Recruitment Consultant
Karen has over ten years experience in the healthcare industry. Her background includes a number of roles in medical information and market research. Before joining VMC Karen was a Recruitment Consultant with Ventiv Health. Here she had responsibility for both nurse and sales personnel recruitment to contract, permanent and locum positions.



Hajni MagyarHajni Magyar
Recruitment and Marketing Coordinator
Hajni has previously worked in a number of administration roles. She has also been attending a CIM course for marketing. She has responsibility at VMC for the coordination of recruitment and marketing campaigns and all of our candidate advertising.



Lynne MaskellLynne Maskell
Special Projects Consultant
After working in the industry for over 17 years at a senior level, Lynne has joined VMC to work on special projects, including recruitment, training and development.
