With twelve years of recruitment expertise within the pharmaceutical sector, Claire has extensive team build experience across diverse roles, either for permanent or contract positions.



Liz EasonLiz Eason
Office Manager
Liz has been with VMC for seven years as our Office Manager. She has many years of experience previously working for a large organisation in personnel, administration and payroll.



Jayne DakinJayne Dakin
Project Coordinator
Jayne has been with VMC for over five years - responsible for the day-to-day running of the office, coordinating all of the administration across a diverse range of projects and assisting in the start up in the U.K. of some of our overseas customers.



Marie AnkerMarie Anker
Project Coordinator
Marie has joined VMC as a Project Coordinator. She previously worked in marketing where Vodafone were one of her main customers. She also worked with pharmaceutical companies including GlaxoSmithKline.



Debbie JohnsonDebbie Johnson
HR and Project Manager
Debbie has eighteen years experience in HR and is a chartered member of CIPD. The majority of her experience has been with RDL and Ventiv Health as HR Director in the service sector.



Ann StaggAnn Stagg
Account Manager
Ann's background includes twenty years in the service industry, working for such companies as Halliday Jones, Ventiv, In2Focus and Innovex.
During this time Ann has been involved in the recruitment and project management of some of the largest team builds in the pharmaceutical industry.
Ann brings tremendous experience in running interviews and assessment centres for a variety of roles from GP Representatives to Senior Sales Managers. She is also qualified in psychometric/ numerical and verbal testing.



Pauline RouartPauline Rouart
Head Office Based Recruitment Consultant
Pauline has been involved in recruitment within the pharmaceutical industry for four years. Prior to this she worked as a Sales Representative. She is responsible for selection of candidates for all positions.



Ginny HodgsonGinny Hodgson
Head Office Based Recruitment Consultant
Ginny joined the pharmaceutical industry in 1980 and worked for Pfizer for a number of years. Ginny has worked for VMC for five years and is responsible for the selection and interviewing of candidates for all positions.



Karen HuntKaren Hunt
Head Office Based Recruitment Assistant
Karen has over ten years experience in the healthcare industry. Her background includes a number of roles in medical information and market research. More recently Karen was a Recruitment Consultant with Ventiv Health. Here she had responsibility for both nurse and sales personnel recruitment to contract, permanent and locum positions.



Hajni MagyarHajni Magyar
Recruitment and Marketing Assistant
Hajni has previously worked in a number of administration roles. She has also been attending a CIM course for marketing. She will take responsibility at VMC for the coordination of recruitment and marketing campaigns.



Gill Hawley
Training and Development Consultant.
Gill has a high level of expertise in interviewing, HR and delivering training and development programmes. She joined the industry in 1978 and has worked for numerous companies at a very senior level, the latter being Sanofi Aventis.



Lynne Maskell
Training and Development Consultant
After working in the industry for over 17 years at a senior level, Lynne has joined VMC to work on special projects, including recruitment, training and development.



Sue Jenkins
Scotland and Midlands Regional Interviewer
Joined the industry in 1983, having varying roles throughout at a senior level. Sue has extensive experience in sales management recruitment and has previously worked for other resourcing companies.



Joyce Roberts
N.E. and Scotland Regional Interviewer
Extensive experience across various roles in the pharmaceutical / healthcare industry.
