Provision of HR support/advice

Contract Projects - As part of the project management process for all the projects we run, all aspects related to the employment of the contract person are looked after by The Vacancy Management Company. If at any stage there are issues relating to the employment of a particular person our HR Consultant will handle the situation in the appropriate manner, by communicating daily with yourself and the employee.

External Support - As part of our all encompassing package we can also offer you HR support for your permanent staff, if required. It may be you do not have the internal resource to ensure all the necessary employment legislation is followed through in connection with employing a new person. We can discuss with you, your individual needs and provide the most appropriate service. This could involve supplying you with a HR service on an interim basis. We can also offer a number of seminars / programmes focusing around HR issues i.e. Grievance & Disciplinary.
