I have been in a true Account Manager role before and fortunately this role unlike many roles currently being termed account manager, which are just hospital reps positions; is a true Account Manager role. I am the manager for the South East. I manage the customers and the accounts. It is a relatively small U.S. company who unusually follow their Company values. The U.K. is headed up by a team who are the best I have ever worked for in my eighteen years in the business. They genuinely walk the talk. They are the consummate professionals in all they do and value their customers and their employees.
I enjoy my work for many reasons. The main one being the Company is very adult and interactive. I am treated like a valued member of a team, and really feel like together we are working towards a shared goal.
The product is truly amazing. It is so much in demand I have the customers calling me
for appointments. I feel that I am promoting a truly beneficial product that can literally
save lives.
The customers are pleased to see me and are happy to work with me and I feel valued and
that I am doing something that is worthwhile and appreciated.
My experience with the VMC team has been a very pleasant surprise. They are a great team. Highly professional, they are obviously highly skilled people managers. They have enormous industry experience, and are expert in choosing the right person for the role. Again unlike many companies, they behave in a professional and mature way. They have very high expectations of you, but are immensely sensible and mature in the way they deal with people. They are always helpful and supportive and are great fun to be around. The admin side is very efficient, but very friendly. You always receive a friendly welcome when contacting the office.
I have to say this is the best job I have ever had, but the thing that makes it special are the people in Enturia and VMC, I hope to stay with them for a long time. It is the best, most healthy, and productive work environment I have ever experienced. These people have got it nailed.

I have worked with VMC now on two of their projects, both very interesting and different. The relationships they build with their staff are for the long term. When working on a project, I feel a valued part of the VMC team. The contracts that they secure are with very reputable professional businesses. I know that if VMC are involved the contract will be right for all parties.
From an employee point of view everything you need is fully provided with the utmost thought, right down to supplying the stapler!
